The Beautiful Twin Room offered a 20% discount on food and beverage along with a happy hour on selected brands at the Lattice Bar. Amenities like two washrooms in the room certainly made preparing for outings much smoother.

The room conditions varied. One guest reported a disappointing view and noise from outside. Special requests like celebrating an anniversary with a cake were overlooked, which left a bitter taste on such a special occasion. The new year party could have benefited from better starter arrangements and more seating at the bar counter to enhance guest experience.

Thanks all for a good stay for business trip. The staff was accommodating plus the location was great. Apart from that, Smriti Van Wildlife Park was 10 minutes' drive away. The restaurant was good and food was savoury...

We had a beautifully designed and neat room with spacious bathroom, that's big plus. The beds were comfy. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to the trains passing by- nowhere and a major train line and airport and world trade park.

The staff was cute and polite. My beautiful king room was spacious and packed with amenities. The 20% discount on food and beverage was a fantastic bonus .

I thoroughly enjoyed the two washrooms in my room, made getting ready so convenient. The hotel staff were supportive, especially security guy Anand, were pretty good with our luggage.

The location is central with a helpful staff ensuring smooth check-in. Dining options include a bar with a fantastic happy hour.

Inadequate room service meant no food after hours, and the bathroom amenities were lacking.

What I loved most was the comfort of the bed! 🛌 The room was clean and had decent amenities. But man, the food service was a letdown, especially at night. Would’ve appreciated a bit more attention to details.

The staff genuinely care. The swimming pool was pristine and a lovely sanctuary from the warmth outside. Rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially in the restaurant where Chef Mahesh prepared a delicious Rajasthani signature dish. While breakfast and dinner options were good, the location was a bit far from the city center was good. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets had not been changed, and the bathroom amenities were lacking, with the overhead shower not functioning. Room service was inadequate as they didn't provide dinner after hours.

Good fitness centre and large indoor pool, but room service was non-existent at night.

The hotel is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The spacious Beautiful King Room came with plenty of amenities and was clean. The staff, especially Chef Mahesh, provided excellent service and were great too satisfy our dining needs. Enjoying the 20% discount on FNB and happy hour at the Lattice Bar was a good surprise!
